Sheet Metal Earrings Project – Barbara Kennedy

This class will introduce you to such processes as
dapping, shaping, and texturing with sheet metal. Learn
the basics in sheet metal and create one-of-a-kind earrings
at the same time. Design ideas will be provided. A materials
fee of $10 is payable to the teacher on the day of class. |

Stella’s Bracelet – Bonnie Mountain - $25

Back by popular demand, this loopy number was one of
“Stella’s” favorites. Use an assortment of seed beads,
daggers, and accent beads in random clusters. Pick a
color theme & run with it. A very easy pattern for

Jewelry with Swarovski, this piece is crystals,
crystals, crystals! If you have the book and are having
some difficulty following the instructions, or if you
just want to learn, Bonnie will guide you through the
process. Some peyote experience recommended. |

to create two dimensional designs in pendants or earring

The class starts with an introduction of various tools
used in wire work: different types of wire, findings,
and basic beads. Learn basic wire techniques and styles
of design to create your own bracelet and earrings.

such as decorative headpins to embellish their projects.
Learn basic cage techniques to wire wrap stones without

Wunderkammer: Miniature Cabinet of Wonder! –
Allyson Cooper – $30
Saturday October 11th 1:00PM-4:00PM
Wunderkammer, also known as Cabinets of Curiosities,
were eclectic collections of types of objects gathered
by European natural-scientists beginning in the 18th
century. Not knowing how or if their specimens were
related, they were often displayed together in special
cabinets or rooms that would be open for guests to inspect.
Your Wunderkammer will be a piece of wearable jewelry
made using your very own “undefined” objects. Make it
whimsical or personal! A kit fee of $12.00 is payable
to the teacher on the day of class. No experience required. |
